Tonight I made my very first Lasagne. Well really JP, RC & I made a lasagne. I was in charge of meat, layering and washing the veges. RC rescued the cheese sauce off of JP. JP ended up being in charge of peeling the garlic and keeping me away from the oven. Probably the most important task of them all.
We ended up with a very delicious lasagne that had a meat layer, a cheese sauce layer, a vege layer and a crispy topping. And there is lots of left overs too - yay!
I'm enjoying doing more cooking and finding new reciepes, or even old reciepes that I'm learning to do for myself.
Next I wanna make a seafood laksa and have a go at polenta. Both recipes I've had out but never made myself, so I'm excited to give them a go.
